The answer is simple.
The program is for those who want to start the second half of the Tiger year and don’t just want to watch everything that happens on the pitch from the bench.
It actually came about like this…… one of the clients (professionals) sighed that she really needed a kick and even though the space is fine-tuned, she knows she should go through it again.
„If someone were to write me a list, look here, move this, put this here. God, how relieved I would be, and I would probably have time to do that even in this madhouse.“
And so the 21-day restart was born!
Because I realized that exactly such a list would actually suit me.
And if it suits me, it might suit him and her and them.
So the list grew and I thought I’d just record it and do one little thing (ok, sometimes two) every day.
And to really stir up life, we will use the house of change, i.e. 21 days.
